We can either organise for you to see the piece if you are a resident of Bangalore
and are keen to see the piece or ship it to your place of residence. 

 

Do we have to pay for shipping?

 

Yes you have to. We can either have it shipped to you or if you have someone you trust to get the piece to you we can pack it and hand it over to them. We will pack the piece with utmost care but are not responsible for any breakage that might transpire in the course of shipping..

 

How do we pay for a Bli&Chi piece?
 

You can either make an online transfer or pay cash.
It is only once the payment is made that we will ship the product.

 

Does Bli&Chi furniture require any special care?

 

Since it is our desire to produce beautiful furniture that will stand
the test of time and be enjoyed by you for many, many years.

Here are some care tips:

 

Wood's natural beauty and uniqueness comes with a natural tendency to adapt to climatic and seasonal changes. Most hardwoods have an open grain character so even with today's state of the art finishes, the wood we use will expand and contract, as the wood grain adjusts to fluctuations in humidity levels. These seasonal effects may be evidenced by joints or grain that may open and close slightly over time. Be assured that this occurrence is natural and to be expected.

 

To properly care for your wood furniture, it is advised to keep the furniture away from direct sunlight or the outdoors. It is wise to keep furniture away from direct sources of heating and cooling. Note that the ultraviolet light from sun and florescent fixtures can cause chemical changes in wood and/or the finish we create on the wood too.  With proper care, you can enjoy your new furniture for years.
